Sometimes it is the squatter who fakes the whole lease situation and other times it is someone posing as a Property Manager who takes the "tenant's" security deposit and rent under a scam.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
