The boot camp I attended this past weekend did a overhaul on my mindset.

The owner has not listed it on the MLS, but is hoping to this weekend, which will likely lead to a bidding war. 

We have had some animal damage (large holes in the yard, damaged fences (just replaced a fence this past weekend that had used its life but it also had animal damage that I did not charge because the cross boards had significant weather rot so the animal made the fence look less attractive but likely did not shorten the life of the fence), some damage to flooring, damage to doors), but it has always been less than what we have collected due to the animals.A pet peeve (pun coincidental) is people with no medical issues claiming service animal. 

onr trip it rained all weekend ..............I have 2 boys ...............they are lucky to be alive after that weekend of being cooped up .  

I would suggest working under an investor to learn from them on how to do it properly.3)  Hondros College would be quicker than Columbus State Community College and offers nights and weekend classes if you want to take it in person.4) Each event has their own flavor and dynamic of how material is presented.
