Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

No physical difference (in terms of construction), no addressing difference, no land use difference, no zoning difference, no difference in how the County reports its usage, and nothing atypical for use in the neighborhood.Mine have just appraised as triplexes and been financed as such.

@Kevin Sobilo This is an old home and PGW came out to address a leak with one of the stove ranges yesterday.

Most others have already addressed the issue of what to do regarding the shoddy work and all, but ... the LEAK itself "may" not be in the brick/mortar or the chimney cap. 

Do you just call over someone to take a look at it and then call the company to address?

The management company helps me collect the bill, address any phone calls, and they do a walk through around the exterior of the home once per year.

I recognize this is a very old post, but wondering if you've learned more about property taxes and how to address them in a sub2 deal.
