Hello Team, I was wondering if anyone knew of any Turnkey companies in Canada, I have tried looking but have come up with nothing any tips tricks or advice would be greatly appreciated

@Logan Loughmiller our SOP on my team is to provide 3 inspector options that we, the realtors, recommend.

Asking if there are flip opportunities in CA is like asking if there are good high-school football teams in Texas.

So we need a third partner with money as I continue to hone my skills at finding and analyzing deals for profitability and we'll have our business core team. 

If you aren't comfortable estimating costs on your own or aren't willing to put in the work to learn how to estimate rehab costs then you need to team-up, partner, or hire someone you like a GC as others have mentioned to help you with this process.

@Erick Daniel Alvarez has your team done any investing to this point or would this be where you start? 

Movers may have someone on their team to help with the welding.

He has a large team and working with him has gone well so far though we just started in April. 

You need a real team to help you turn the house over, otherwise you just bought yourself a lot of jobs you don't want (plumbing, framing, carpentry, etc). 

I am buying one property to test the market out and build the team to see if it make sense for me to expand here.
