Dirt backyards are hard to grow grass in.

This also applies to agents, contractors, mentors, property managers, baseball players, parents, and circus clowns. 

Some still have it up (but maybe they are unaware of what's going on).if you want rentals you can just buy them right there in Tennessee  don't know why you would go out of your own backyard to buy the same product you can buy close to home ??? 

Little did they know my Uncle decided to do a little random spot check when he came down to the US for one summer vacation and to his demise he found that the tenants were growing marijuana in the backyard!!

Talked to the neighbor, he said the city has been mowing it, but once he did see a big truck pull up and someone go in the back yard (could be another curious person, not sure if it means anything) Back taxes are around 20K.

So there were 3-4 main common areas..Upstairs loft, laundry room, garage, co-working area, living room, backyard, and kitchen.
