If you are unhappy with yourt broker, either have a sit down discussion or just move on to someone else. or like what is common in Oregon is the offer is present with a picture montage of the family wanting to buy it.. a nice story about them how they will care for the home and garden etc etc..

The renters take care of everything, pay all utilities and hired a gardener.

The best ones I have found so far that warrant a look into further are; Champions Gate, Windsor at Westside, Reunion Resort, Solterra Resort, Solara Resort, Windsor Island, Storey Lake, Providence Resort, Sonoma Resort, Windsor Hills, and Formosa Gardens.

Regarding life expectancy just go to Lowes or Home Depot Etc or ask your network.

These also require 40% down, whereas A/B class assets like those in garden oaks will probably require 60% down just to break even. 

I've used the lifeproof stuff from Home Depot but find that it scratches pretty easy and really only goes together once...if you have to take it apart for damage or water, it doesn't reassemble very well. 

Home Depot and HH Gregg are easy to work with, but look for any specials they are running because they will be more pricey.

The material you see for sale at Home Depot is very low end.
