Howdy BP,I will be giving updates on this project periodically.

Fixed cost and allocated variable costs seem very high, this is not attributable to compliance but those new compliance expenses should show in that 500 dollar increase.Wonder too, if there are any increases due to technology, software being amortized that were recently purchased, just thinking of compliance system be changed out and updated.

I would like to take a LOC on our home (which is paid for) and purchase grandma's, make the updates, and then refinance with a long term mortgage...what are your thoughts on this?

at all either, although I haven't looked at many and haven't even looked at the updated listings too much, so won't say that I'm an expert at all on what they're trying to sell.
