All Systems Go Jan 2014, Am I Missing Any Team Members?

Hi

It has been some time since I've posted and I actually completely refocused my efforts and interests in real estate investment. My partner and I are in the final stages of establishing our company. Our initial focus and strategy will be rehabs. We plan to be ready for our first flip in January 2014.

My question is in the title - Am I missing any "core team members?"

My team thus far consists of the following:

-HML (Secured for purchase, rehab, and holding costs)

-General Contractor (Is capable of handling almost all work on his own, with an extensive list of contacts for subs if needed)

-Real Estate Agent (Only to assist with paperwork. I am finding the deals on my own and through wholesalers, just need an agent to ensure my partner and I are transacting protected and legally with all proper paperwork)

-Home Inspector (As backup to GC. GC has agreed to walk properties to estimate costs with my on my first handful of deals)

-Wholesalers (I have 2 that I trust thus far who collectively send ~5 deals per week, and am working on building my list of wholesaler contacts).

I know the first project will be very learning, but I want my partner and I to be as prepared as possible on our first couple of flips to minimize risk of being blindsided. Anybody else I should build a strong relationship with prior to working the first deal? All feedback is appreciated!
