Rich I have flown up and down the Pacific coastline several dozen times and can count on one hand the instances that the Oregon and Washington state coastlines were visible, i.e., not covered by clouds.I would definitely consider a summer home in this region, as the Pacific Northwest has some breathtaking days in the summer.

Seems like a good forum --many Investors / Rehabbers may want to sell with Seller Financing -- first determine or identify Note Buyers --so you know what rate to charge --and how much down payment required.The answer to question --yes -some private servicing companies may be good--but for start up -- best to keep a copy of check recieved and date deposited in your account --hopefully in a separate LLC --- Inform Buyer and ask -or have him sign an affidavit or authorization to report to Credit Agencies--explain him the benifits --etc oSix months to 12 months seasoning is good to resell--- Also good to have 1st and 2nd mortgage --with cross default clause --to protect your interest --- and just sell first mortgage at close to full price--Like to see more comments .

My county also posts court records and assessor records online so I researched probate records and then cross-checked with property records to make sure there was real property.I didn't send any letters to attorneys, but it sounds like a good idea and one that I'd like to do in the future.
