I really like that I can customize buyers' preferences in regards to target areas, price range, and types of properties.

@David SchomerHaven't used Attom Data, but seems like a good solution.I've done some custom scraper work for different investors.

While I've negotiated a lower fee with my agent, as I'm a repeat customer, I'd be lying if I said I haven't considered the even lower fee options that are cropping up.

Real cheap order taking QIs can save you a few bucks because they are dealing with such volume but experience and customer service can be suspect.  

This will take learning how and dedication to get sellers on the phone.
