@Sean Wilt has good advice but take AirDNA's numbers with a grain of salt - they're generally on the very high end because of the way they collect their data (and the fact that they're mining AirBNB's data, they aren't integrated with AirBNB, so they can't process the data as accurately as they could with full access).  

Is Whole foods, Target and other big names coming soon there?

For myself, I think my average seller is a person who probably does fast-food a fair bit.

I love the MidWestern feel where you can go live on 25 acres but only be 15 minutes away from some amazing food and entertainment (plus the cost-of-living benefits, obviously). 

Their zoning board may be more amenable to that sort of thing given that there might be "food deserts" over there.

Just wanted to give my opinion and hope to help others looking to finance or refinance some food for thought. 

One of my main problems is there are several children who reside in the building who continue to leave trash, toys, clothing and food items in the common hallway areas.

Take it with a grain of salt that when you're brand new it seems like every answer brings up five more questions, the learning curve can be steep but if you stick with it it's very doable.
