The guy in the garage unit plays music and smokes weed so some people like to hang out there.I personally like that there isn't a hangout spot.

My question is in regards to the service that Bigger Pockets always promotes on every podcast, Rent to Retirement.

We promoted an individual cleaner to be specifically in charge of cleaning, filling with gas, and managing the calendar.  

We have a required air installation noise zone disclosure, but no disclosure requirement for annoying noise like nearby bars with music, shopping centers, kennels -- it's up to buyer to do their due diligence.
