Or if I use them to pull title and later close with them they won't charge me double.In cash deal your cost basically is title insurance, transfer/stamp duty tax, and recording fees + pro rated items (property tax)I deal with a lot of foreclosure and such.

Here's an article about a case I read about regarding Section 8 not having to be accepted:http://realtytimes.com/todaysheadlines1/item/2224-...Specifically, here are the most pertinent paragraphs relating to Section 8 not being income:The allegation that the Fair Employment and Housing Act was violated centered on the prohibition against housing discrimination on the basis of "race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, or disability of that person."

@David Lamb If it were me I would briefly allude to the part of the lease where it states they have inspected the premise and find it acceptable, and say I am not interested in paying for these items

We ended up doing $500 in repairs that three plumbers deemed unnecessary and stupid because the buyer's agent reworded an item from the inspector's report, and we failed to catch it.

@Upen Mody  there could be this is were you need a local RE lending attorney.. there could be chattels and other items to add to the docs.as stated not my area of expertise as I would never consider a loan on a Restaurant.

They haven't moved in, so notify them all that the check bounced and therefore they must make good on the bounced check and return item fee for the check before they can move it.Like others have said.
