I'm a huge fan of their book Equity Happens and then, after that, I started listening to their podcsts.

We did quite a bit of work on the property:- Every light fixture replaced including new ceiling fans- Took everything out of the kitchen and bathrooms and redid them including new cabinets, new flooring, and new granite counter tops, plus added a stainless steel dishwasher and over the range microwave- Landscaping- New garage doors (3.5 car garage) and new garage roof- New central air- Plumbing and electrical repairsA couple "before and after" pictures of the kitchen:Total cost in was $87,332.40.

I use a floor fan with a tube out a door or window to control dust. it seems to do a good job.

Cash out refis are prohibited beyond the 4th loan for fan or fred, simple as that.

I am not a wholesaler but I a would imagine to do it right is an extremely tough job.To do my passion commercial real estate isn't easy but I love it and it's very fulfilling.It just always amazes me how people are searching for the lotto ticket that's never there.

Ill have to try and google the name. the lady was very mad / passionate about this so it was kinda hard to follow all that she was saying. eventually she started talking about the end of the world and bomb shelters...it was all i could do to get away ill let you know if i can find that name
