Hi James - Great initiative, I would just say it would be more helpful to have a link to BP Calculator of the property you're talking about to detail your analysis.

A little more background without going into to much detail.

Also, some details on rehab estimate - new roof, new plumbing, new floor or refinish, etc. 

If you are working with a reputable insurance company and restoration contractors that put forth a fair bid, allow the insurance co's adjuster to have a fair shot at it first.

Do you have the details of the financing worked out?

I was noticing there have been updates to the Tacoma Municipal Code 1.95 which covers Rental housing.I found this article explaining much of it (https://www.wmfha.org/news/details-about-tacomas-n...) , but I am still unclear on how some parts are to be executed.The first three items they mention aren't figured out yet so no one knows how to deal with them yet.
