On different non financial note I am a rock climber/hiker and care a great deal about the environment.

With either option you are likely to lose the lower paying tenants by the end, so it is just whether you want to peel the band aid now or stretch it out over time.

I was a lender for 25 years prior to joining Castle Rock, so here is what I would say about it.

To combat this next round of laws, the NY chapters of the National Apartment Association have banded together to form a lobbying group called UnderOneRoofNY.org with the intent of 1) educating our lawmakers on the unintended consequences these laws have had and will have and 2) making a HUGE showing of support against these laws by showing up in person on lobby day by the hundreds.
