He did not pay his June rent and now it is July 3rd and most of his stuff is still in the unit.I told him he needs to to have everything out by the end of the day.  

Is there a forum or particular place on BP I can go to to see if a lender is legit.

I received a scam call from Loan Depot offering really good opportunity to Refi my Condo and it looked so straightforward and smooth process all different than the service I received from my broker lender to get the loan for the property purchasing...It looks like Loan Depot they do the refi in less time and they require less paperwork and the guy promised that they will match any APR rate I could find anywhere else.

Not a scam, real company.

Instead of spending all day waiting in line for a few rides, pay to to 'skip the line' .

After looking into private and hml's I did get the information on the only way to to get funds I would have to have an llc but wasn't sure on the terms.

The bigger picture is always something I refer to, to keep me motivated.

It is most likely a scam.

. - HOWEVER watch out for scams such as the nigerian check scam or people trying to pay you rent without even seeing the place.
