As many of you know, most companies don't even bother raising funds from sophisticated investors (which I totally understand because of the regulations).

I would never provide wifi on a lease unless I knew it was sufficient speed and I will actually be making some kinda service fee on top of it.. for example I can get 1Gig of speed for $100 a month.If I had a 4 Plex with 2 beds each and a combined 8 students i would charge $15 a month which would be $120 total and splitting 1Gig of speed should be more than sufficient.

The city invested 1 billion dollars to revitalize the neighborhood that 53 properties are in, with 90 units total including a few empty lots.

Even if its only a small % of the total with this kind of money I would be making a lot.

I totally appreciate the volume of information this site has to offer, and I am sure I will glean a ton of information going forward browsing through it.The business I own is profitable and will generate $70K in profit this year.

 @Melinda Miller -- A radiant barrier can be a great part of a total assembly, but it doesn't take the place of insulation.Also, the height of the ceiling directly below the peak is not quite what the code is addressing.The code provision I've mentioned works like this:  Take the floor space you'd want to create in your attic -- maybe use  masking tape to mark the perimeter of the area.
