Some of the key areas we need some recommendations are:- Lender - traditional and hard money- Property Management Companies that work in the upstate (Easley, Pickens, Clemson, Anderson, Travelers Rest, etc

@Corey Gilroy I agree that you should do your homework on a market before travelling there. 

Sometimes they just get tired of collecting rent and want to travel.

In Bonita, there was a short lived trash company that used dump trucks and pick ups with trailers. 

I told the kids they needed to pay space rent.. so they would pay it for a while trying to sell the trailer.. if  it did not sell they tired of paying space rent and just deeded it to us for no compensation..  

I began hearing loud banging noises in my floor and could it turns out a raccoon has traveled over into my porch ceiling.

My dad travels 30 minutes to the property to tend the landscape and snow removal duties but there was so much snow my upstairs tenant helped my father out.

area is near hospitals and great to possibly rent to traveling nurses and doctors during COVID.

I rented to traveling nurses and now have a long term tenant.
