Hi Ryan,I don't rent mobile homes in a park, however, I do rent travel trailers in a mobile home park with an RV section.

@Elizabeth Colegrove it sounds like you are doing what I plan on doing, I love that the Navy allows you to travel all over the place and see different real estate areas.

I just flew out for work travel and believe it or not they moved in the day after I flew out, or I would have dealt with this face to face..then again, probably wouldn't turn out pretty...but easier to deal with.I'm going to try and get their contact info but I doubt it would be given out to me.  

I do, whether in the U.S. or traveling abroad.

I'll also travel to Denver on an as-needed basis since it's only about an hour away. 

It can be the difference of a few thousand dollars a year from your bottom line..... thats just how I look at it personally, and Ive had to build systems/teams to make things go to not eat up the added profits in travel costs to/from them.

My wife and I travel to Holland and Grand Haven areas often.

These expenses can have anything to do with travel, whether you needed to visit your rental property to check on deferred maintenance or if you just wanted to make sure that the parking lot was free from snow.
