A lot of real estate owners do whatever and later they have to do so many things at once.Of course it is good enough to have one fixed asset and accumulated depreciation but it is always better to separately keep track of asset to monitor and analyze later.

He was there for only few months and I used to regularly monitor that area along with other vulnerable areas and it used to be always dry in that particular and am pretty sure it's a recent development but never had a chance to either inquire or be a direct witness of their usage.

From what I understand my blink and amazon accounts are linked for function and while i understand the necessity for a PM to monitor security cams, and have the ability to send ekeys, i wouldn't want someone to be able to access my amazon account throught some odd way via having my Blink acc

As a landlord, if someone does not have verifiable income that meets your threshold you have to put more weight on the other parts of their tenant profile (credit, criminal, etc..).

I have to spend a lot of time on identifying the right managers and deals, monitoring them, which isn't my idea of passive.On the plus side, if I can figure out DST 1031 and find trustworthy managers, I can rinse and repeat with my other properties with the same process.
