I think understanding the reason why may be helpful sounds odd that a custodian would only give 49 days notice before closing an account

I inherited these tenants' fairly good pay on time both are related i just have a little of a issue with one tenant son he is on the lease he's constantly in and out the building at odd hours of the night also a little bit of a pot smoker I should I speak with the parent about this ?

Aloha,If the building is 100 years old, and you already know that some significant wiring will need to be run for AC, odds are ALL of the wiring needs to be updated.

It looked like a pain in the neck to own and positioned on an odd lot.

Again, it's an idea of merit for you and for me but the odds are pretty strongly against Ashley and she'll have to get very lucky to find a buyer of sufficient knowledge and skill to properly handle the properties AND also have a strong dose of ethical character and integrity - not an impossible combination but certainly not a common combination.

The location of the fourplex is located on a dead end street with about 20 of identical fourplexs’  on both sides of the street, which seems odd to me .
