Working full time, another cause for paralysis is not having time to do a reno or handle tenants.

Why a DSCR loan and not a conventional loan? 

The lender said there is not a time limit, that we could use it as a primary residence immediately, which sounds sketchy to me.

The HOA does not know about the furnished finder platform.
