Don't forget to use gloves and masks as needed, it's a daunting task.  

The responses will be based on "lead demand", size of sign, readability, word usage, color of sign and message, and location to name a few.

Make sure your envelopes are an off color and make certain they are hand addressed.

I had my current BRRRR house exterior painted a few weeks ago and the painter had the storm window taken off to spray them the new color.  

Repaint entire downstairs more neutral gray color.

While doing so I’ll use the property as an excuse to provide my often colorful and always verbose opinions on the different “types” of multifamily properties that can be found on Stockton’s MLS.

It is the sand colored wall which is both, the interior wall for the back of the storage buildings and the exterior wall for the red brick building next door.The problem is the wall is roughly 100 years old and in suspect condition.

Wear a mask and goggles and carefully remove the ceiling and double bag the pieces. 

My wife was a great source of help and she picked out the paint colors, tiles, kitchen counter, and many other "things" to make this project look good.
