I mean, not only are large proportions of deaths blacks and Hispanics, who are not, by and large, in the upper upper social class, but those who are that rich tend to take private planes, get excellent health care, and have better health in general.

BUT she has agreed to come with me to a REIA meeting, which I think will be effective in getting her engaged in a social circle of financial independence-seeking individuals.

You can make it clear in the advertisement that you do not allow any dangerous breed animals at the property, a max of one animal period, no smoking of any kind, no drug use allowed.

The only danger is applying the wrong model or trying to overfit, but I don't see that happening here.
