They are a little bit more expensive than Home Depot, Menards, and Lowes but their bottom of the line is a 12mm wear layer which is better than the bottom of the line at the big boxes and their selection is huge.

We have learned that effectively nobody has permit for privacy walls and that several properties have other non-compliant alterations, yet they do not have any problem with the HOA.

Are there specific programs to use or have you developed alternative forms that do the job with simplicity yet effectively capture the details?

I select my tenants as well.  

Also, as they show the property, they have an opportunity to evaluate the potential tenant.Tenant selection - Tenant selection is the most important skill the property manager provides.

So giving out info on your subs isnt going to be effecting your schedule anyways.

Plus, how did/does the eviction moratorium effect LLs here?
