I have a business associate in Tampa that buys for cash in that area as well- though I'd just be referring you over free of charge because he's a friend of mine.  

They should move much faster in making decisions than they used to as the CFPB now requires 30 day decision time frames or they are out of compliance with the regulations.

However am also considering just offering $1,000 cash for keys, since it'll probably be faster and cheaper.My big fear is that they will mysteriously have a slip and fall when I send them a notice to quit, which has happened to me before.
