If you just renovate the odd unit here and there (and not common areas), then prospective tenants might feel like they are paying too much for a so-so neighborhood, but if you renovate a whole building then most of what they see looks new and fresh.

When I do my bills, I don't have to go to dozens of files to file the bills away, I just file them in one bill file for the month, and when the month is finished, and I start a fresh file the following month.My boss at the non-profit was annoyed at first I organized my files this way as she was used to vendor and customer files.
