Honestly, my annual ROI on the LV property is really low around 3.5% because I really had no idea what I was doing when I purchased the house.

I think it's a fantastic idea and will be profitable for me given what I paid for the other place.

The idea is that I try to find a buyer and sell the RE which is already either online or offline advertised for being on sale.

For turnkey, these should be newNot a fan of the wood stove, I don't like giving tenants any ideas about burning things in the house.Basement looks good.Furnace and Water Heater appear newer.The electric meter is inside.

If have a property under contract and you have a good idea what you want included in your SOW, then, you can have multiple contractor’s bid on the job.The only way you can learn this business is by asking questions and taking action.  

I LOVE the idea of househacking -- unfortunately I found BP & the househacking concept after I bought my own primary residence last year.
