If I see something that matches that I can forward you, we don't really do individual SFH's anymore or put you in touch someone to help you look.

You never know when a individual may want to get their life on track and will need to get the judgement cleared from their records.

Just pay them off as quick as possible.ALSO, you could tell friends and family what you are doing and maybe someone will ask if you need some help.

The city has some real specific rules about operating them and they’re not really investor friendly.

A vast majority of the work will be done by myself and a few close friends.
