So i received an e-mail from a lady via Craigslist wanting to sell her house.

It depends, I'm under contract for a house in Florida where the old lady who lived there worked for fema and travelled most of the year so she put bars on the windows for her peace of mind, definitely not a crime ridden neighborhood. btw I'm going with fha loan so the underwriters demanded their removal.

They said an old lady lived there but the house has been vacant for over a year.

I just found out that one of the ladies in my SFH is starting to horde a lot of things, at this time its not damaging but never the less she let her know that if she wants to continue to be there she will need to get things cleaned up, she also followed up with her a week later to find out who she has hired to help her (because she is rather large and out of shape and could not do it on her own) and verified the person was in fact going to help.

Last week, Pancham called for our weekly scheduled teleconference and I'm out directing a crew on a rehab site, excited about our new 18 unit MF we are taking down, having totally forgot about it was time to discuss the previous and incoming guests and the nuances of the cleaning lady.
