- Everyone I know who has gotten Covid has made it through (with varying levels of symptom severity, but recovered nonetheless)- We chose not to gather with family today, but my SO is making us an amazing vegan Thanksgiving meal (today is also my 5 year anniversary of becoming vegetarian)- So far this year we've been able to keep the overwhelming majority of our tenants and rent collections have held up. - I found a new editor for my podcast earlier this year through my network.

@Brandon Ribeiro see the following note from my PM this is the latest as of last week:“””After a call this morning with a few other landlord attorneys in Philadelphia- I wanted to pass on an update on the local eviction climate.Bottom Line- evictions initiated in Philadelphia today for non-payment will not be executed until ~May 2021 at the earliest.

I listen to recorded of all the week's calls once a week and review all of the objection that I make my team take note every time they are on a call so that we can find more efficient solutions to handle those objections next time around 4) I also do mock calls and go over mindset with my team for 15-20 minutes every morning to get them ready every morning to make those calls.
