If it's students near a college you can put an ad in their campus off campus rental site, leave flyers at dorms.

Unless there is some other significant reason you want to keep it like you want to move back into it in the near future or you only care about tax write offs and not cash flow.

Bonus if their office is in or near Pasadena.
