I'm just getting into investing and looking to begin building my network near Nashville, TN.

Im exploring multifamilies near my area (Orlando) but wanted to consider out of state investing in Georgia instead of states where I am absolutely not familiar with (midwest etc).

I'm looking for real estate and investor meet ups near me in North Jersey as well.

If you’ve built a portfolio near a university, what’s worked best in your sourcing approach, on-market, off-market, direct-to-owner, auctions?

Those zip codes are Raleigh,  not near Duke Hospitals.

So while the luxury market exists, the bread and butter here is still affordable housing that appeals to students, staff, and young families tied to the university.To me, this highlights how steady and resilient a college-town market can be — even with more inventory, prices are still pushing upward.Here’s my question for the community:For those of you who’ve invested near universities before — how does College Station compare to other college towns you’ve looked at?
