I don't have experience, but I monitor this market a lot. t's extremely hard to find any piece a real estate near those campuses that actually works out financially.

Don't want to look like RE is a distraction, might think you don't need a raise, might think you're a go getter guy and promote you keeping you there, whole range of impressions, put up just a few and you can read others as to what the impression is.I don't see any cons with your peers, just keep it low key and if the conversation comes up, just move along in a matter of fact way. :)

Land is a harder sale and lower cost so you need to have a higher marketing fee to properly promote the product for sale.

They said the title company sent it out to our address, and it was not returned to them, so presumably it got lost in the mail.Never mind this is the only important piece of mail I remember losing, are there any legal problems with not having the original grant deed?

Whereby if you see something that needs tending, you take care of it by either doing it yourself (such as picking up a piece of trash and putting it in the waste bin) or letting the right person know something is amiss so it gets addressed appropriately.
