I just tend to think that they don't want to pay twice the price for just a background check that is not reimbursableAfter everything checks out, I meet up with them for the second time to collect more things for their background check such as1) copy of ID for each person over 18 years of age2) social security card copy of each person3) last two pay stubsAgreementIf everything checks out, then I meet them for the third time to sign the contract.

hi toddwe are looking at the same problemwe are looking at using credit cards with cirrusso the solicitor does a direct transfer via our credit cards that have the money deposited into themthe transfering back out is not a huge problem at the moment as we are looking at reinvesting the cashflow back into the marketI am at the moment looking for a funder that will refi properties with foreign investors in the new co companyI am at the moment putting the structure in place which is not an easy job to do
