Otherwise I would come down with most people that more people that are working and are able to be held responsible the better chance of getting paid even if one of them flakes out.Also given it is a 4BR place I don't see as much potential for drama as if it was a smaller place where you would have people sharing a bedroom or the one guy paying less to agree to sleep on the couch or that kind of stuff.

Depends on how many you sleep and the EXACT location.

Ponying up $500 that they'll get back in 14 days may seem more attractive -- but, I'd still consider this one a toss up.However, in my "sleeps 14" ski condo INSURANCE is definitely the way to go. 

In addition to the commercial property, it includes a 6-Bedroom ski-lodge that can sleep 24.  

Our rental is not a large home, 3/2 plus bunks (sleeps 8) and about 1,100 SF. 

He could have died if he was not sleeping on his side when he vomited.Had another tenant expire on me. 

Sometimes they have a baby or toddler whom they want to sleep in their room, so a single bed or daybed would be ok there too. 

A lot of the time when they are not working they are sleeping or relaxing at home.
