Otherwise I would come down with most people that more people that are working and are able to be held responsible the better chance of getting paid even if one of them flakes out.Also given it is a 4BR place I don't see as much potential for drama as if it was a smaller place where you would have people sharing a bedroom or the one guy paying less to agree to sleep on the couch or that kind of stuff.

Ponying up $500 that they'll get back in 14 days may seem more attractive -- but, I'd still consider this one a toss up.However, in my "sleeps 14" ski condo INSURANCE is definitely the way to go.
