I think if you are interested in full time corporate jobs in commercial real estate investing, then yes it will help you land that job, but otherwise there are plenty of other ways to learn that will be more valuable.

I made valuable connections by just saying hello to them, and now I’ve got boots on the ground to help me identify a new property or any neighborhood changes.

@Steven Steele I'm no mortgage expert, but I would guess you're probably not going to get approved for a mortgage without monthly income.

But having a solid mentor is more valuable in my opinion.

As an investor, it's good to put your investments in a position to be competitive - if everyone wants updated kitchens, stainless steel, and grey walls you give it to them unless you plan on living in the home forever.
