Sure the general area might see some influx but if you still can't walk or bike to the stadium conveniently then it didn't seem to have that much positive impact on the surrounding area.

Hey Diem-Loan, great question — you’re thinking in the right direction.I’ve personally gone through this process myself, and yes, setting up an LLC (or even better, a Series LLC) can be a smart move for asset protection and separating liability between properties.
