If I use inside webcams, ring cams, and smart locks, is this a possible way to show homes to prospective renters or buyers? 

My area is relatively low crime, but had one place that someone broke a window to get in.... probably a homeless guy looking for a place to sleep....got scared when neighbor turned light on.I put in a SimpliSafe unit... portable, easy to set up, multiple options- you can use a webcam and get alerts on your phone and future tenant can pay for full service if they want. 

Another option we have is for you to speak on the phone or webcam with audio only.

The USGS also has some live stream web cams, like this one in Florence SC, that can be helpful when trying to gauge conditions at times like this when the Carolinas are experiencing widespread flooding. 

I was leasing properties on commission as a PM company employee in Philadelphia 5 years ago and one tenant had a new crated puppy set up on a laptop webcam.

For example, let’s say you climbed to the top, and sell million dollar homes in Beverly Hills as in investor, I mean there isn’t much fix& flips you can do with homes worth $20million+ also, long term rental income would be low, even though the location is desired, just because if you dk research you can see the vacancy rate is high.
