These issues were brought up recently which is why even the DA is now involved. 

There are the asset backed (DAI, EOSDT) as examples, but while they generally keep their peg (flux of a few cents), there's also the issue with Terra-Luna, and how it lost it's peg.

Unless your lease says the tenant will never be uncomfortable, and is entitled to reimbursement if they are uncomfortable, you should reimburse exactly zippity-do-da.

@John Dais I haven't done this specific type of loan. 

Typically DAI or a stable coin is paid via meta mask (chrome extension) and the cash flows are distributed daily to your personal wallet.
