I can imagine investors jumping on it pretty quickly especially if you can get a fixed rate for that time.It's just a matter of time now... 7 years on cars  20 years in personal planes  20 years on RVs and boats.. with out this long term financing those industries would be the in the toilet and how many 100k escalades would be sold ? 

That's okay...the hardest part is getting the plane in the air.

If you really want to look OOS, one suggestion is Nevada, which is a short plane ride away or a long drive to Reno from Portland.

If not, get on a plane and go see it.

The one in Pisgah required help from the Canadian tanker planes. 

If they reached America by plane, boat, trains or slowly walking, they surely can navigate a home purchase.
