It is a smaller lake only about 180 acres, but it is a sandy bottom.   

We are required to do a SOILS TEST before the engineer will design a slab.

(I used to be an engineer and we are guessing most the time working with lots of unknown variables) was the soil compacted right?

Needs wetlands and soil samples. rezoning ( what’s the zoning board basically told us it’s a done deal they’re looking for development).
