I was sent a PA for a property I looked at yesterday, and I was hoping that someone could tell me whether everything looks legit.

I see this as a way around Agent fees, and a fast way to sell. however i am aware of the risks, and would formulate a PA that would cover me for default on payments, refi, other liabilities, etc.

I personally us the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors lease being an agent I have access to that, but any lease reviewed by a PA specific attorney should be good.

I am a PA landlord and likely starting down the eviction path for the first time in 12 years.

There is a PA License but not required in many municipalities/cities.

I personally work with a wonderful team of highly efficient VA's, both as an ops manager for a STR PM company and a PA agent I utilize VA's for PM ops as well as transaction and research assistance as a realtor.
