The thing with development is that it is strategically uneven.

Uneven or slippery surfaces, rickety stairs and railings, placement of outdoor grill, electrical wiring, insect infestations, etc.Yes, you do have linability insurance, but you still have a duty to mitigate risk.  

We are definitely leaning towards the 20 mil. 

We are looking for agents and potential property managers with experience as we are out of state.

Really tough to do = we have used ozone machines but now we are just moving away from carpets as much as possible. 

I'm surprised no one else has had this experience, we are still battling with Buildium and we really haven't made much progress.

I think the state level is good for us to support since we are a swing state.
