Hey Will, I completely understand your frustration.

I've been interested in real estate since I was 15, watching Brandon turner on the bigger pockets podcast in the back of class or in my free time at home, I bought my first live in fix and flip at 19 years old/ house hack. it took me 10 months but I'm almost ready to refinance and pull some equity out of the property and roll it into a new fix and flip or BRRR if you will.

I started from the same place, thinking, “How will I ever afford to buy another property?”

this has been going on way before AI many that used to post alot just to juice up their numbers and google ranking.. cut and paste the same reply time and again..

I was able to reply to messages 2 weeks ago.

Lets say I sell it for 400K... and make 100K profit.What taxes will I be responsible for?
