Yew!!!!

It was Yews back in the 70s and 80s. 

The bushes directly in front of house foundation near gas meter look like yew and rhododendron.

Taxus cuspidata, the Japanese yew or spreading yew, is a member of the genus Taxus, native to Japan, Korea, northeast China and the extreme southeast of Russia.

They sell boxwoods and yews for $20! 

@Di Ye -  We use a property management software called Appfolio and they can pay through that. 

My LO did look into the insurance rates/buy down options, but the numbers still didn't work.2- Yew, new comps were provided.

I especially like the daylight part of the basement.My only suggestion would be to go pull out that overgrown yew, limb up the tree, have the leaves blown out of the pachysandra and post a new photo.

It seems like once old Yews are so overgrown and you try to trim them back they are nothing but bare trunks!
