To me, that says that -- no evidence to the contrary -- he rented out in violation of the town ordinance and (my take) now wants to whine that he got caught.AirBnB and other short term rentals (STR) need to be regulated because they impose externalities on neighbors and deprive local governments of revenue and -- depending on circumstances -- pose unfair competition on local hostelries.

Our primary focus is on buying non-performing loans which we are anticipating taking more of these properties back compared to prior years where we were able to work out more structure with the borrowers or have it sold at third-party auction that of course has other impacts such as making sure you have the right team not only internally but externally with property managers, contractors real estate agents on speed dial.

They are way too guest centric and often leave owners hanging.VRBO and AirBNB should be all you use in addition to looking at direct booking as well.You can rent an ozone machine which should take care of the smoke smell.
