I would wait until you have a better idea of any other damage.It is hard to prove if the heat caused this to brake or they broke it.

There is always the possibility of the pirates braking into the property and vandalizing or stealing the appliances.I would suggest that the first real offer is the best offer.  

It will take almost 2 years to get to brake even.Except it is more of a buyers market, I would consider selling it. 

I love the enthusiasm and optimism, but it’s those same traits that also make me tap the brakes.
