If you're doing the the math at home that is an ROI of 73.46% and an APR of about 161%.And the only reason the first two deals are taking 4 - 5 months is because we went wholesale first and we drug our feet there for a few weeks, then we found a buyer who wanted financing and we wasted 3 weeks with him.
